Our client – one of Australia’s leading online retailers – provides an extensive digital, further education offering. Emmet was enlisted to provide an Interim CMO, leading a team of over 45 team members through the launch of a new online product proposition during the organisation’s busiest time of the year. This Go-to-Market activity was critical to meeting the organisation’s financial and commercial KPIs.
One of Emmet’s internationally experienced marketing executives was embedded within the client’s organisation on an interim executive basis, with a mission to galvanise the team and provide hands-on leadership through the client’s crucial annual retail peak. We set pace, set cadence and led the organisation successfully through one of its busiest periods in many years.
Key achievements included delivering sales revenue goals, developing a new sales reporting infrastructure, launching a new brand proposition, and successfully Going to Market with a new product line. To ensure a seamless transition, our final workstream involved supporting the recruitment of a permanent CMO.
